Ingredients:
- 1 package Funfetti cake mix
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup crushed shortbread cookies
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the box for making Funfetti cake mix, using whole milk and melted butter
After you bake it, let it cool down
You can use a double boiler or the microwave to melt white chocolate chips in a bowl that can handle heat
Let it cool down a bit
Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and keep whipping until everything is well mixed
Mix the whipped cream and melted white chocolate together slowly until the mixture is smooth and well mixed
Set the Funfetti cake aside after cutting it into small cubes
Place the rainbow sprinkles, white chocolate mousse, Greek yogurt, and crushed shortbread cookies in serving glasses or trifle bowls
Do this again and again until the glasses are full
Finish with a dollop of white chocolate mousse
Put the parfaits in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve them
Add more rainbow sprinkles as a garnish and enjoy!
