Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made vegan pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your brick oven to 500F 260C
Roll out the pizza dough into a thin circle
Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges
Layer on mushrooms, bell peppers, red onions, and baby spinach
Sprinkle vegan mozzarella cheese over the vegetables
Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and pepper
Transfer the pizza to a pizza peel and slide it into the preheated brick oven
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving
