The outside of these Keto Chicken Nuggets is crispy, and the inside is soft. They are a great low-carb snack or meal choice. They taste great and are easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
Dip each chicken piece into beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture
Place coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Lightly spray or brush olive oil over the chicken nuggets
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and coating is crispy
Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce
