Open Faced Turkey Cranberry Melt



This open-faced sandwich is delicious. It has soft turkey breast, tangy cranberry sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese. It is baked to perfection on hearty whole grain bread.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 4 slices of cooked turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C

Place the slices of whole grain bread on a baking sheet

Top each slice with 2 slices of cooked turkey breast

Spread 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce over each turkey-covered bread slice

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each slice

Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving

Smoked Prime Rib



Indulge in the rich flavor of smoked prime rib with a perfect blend of herbs and spices. This recipe guarantees a tender and juicy roast that will impress your guests.

Ingredients:

  • 1 prime rib roast bone-in or boneless, about 5-7 lbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme

Instructions:

Preheat smoker to 225F 107C

Rub the prime rib with olive oil, ensuring even coverage

In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme to create a dry rub

Generously coat the prime rib with the dry rub, pressing it onto the meat

Place the prime rib in the smoker and cook until the internal temperature reaches 135F 57C for medium-rare, adjusting time based on your preference

Allow the smoked prime rib to rest for 15-20 minutes before carving

Slice and serve the succulent smoked prime rib

Funfetti White Chocolate Mousse Trifle Parfait



In this colorful and tasty trifle parfait, there are layers of Funfetti cake, white chocolate mousse, and fun toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Funfetti cake mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed shortbread cookies

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the box for making Funfetti cake mix, using whole milk and melted butter

After you bake it, let it cool down

You can use a double boiler or the microwave to melt white chocolate chips in a bowl that can handle heat

Let it cool down a bit

Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and keep whipping until everything is well mixed

Mix the whipped cream and melted white chocolate together slowly until the mixture is smooth and well mixed

Set the Funfetti cake aside after cutting it into small cubes

Place the rainbow sprinkles, white chocolate mousse, Greek yogurt, and crushed shortbread cookies in serving glasses or trifle bowls

Do this again and again until the glasses are full

Finish with a dollop of white chocolate mousse

Put the parfaits in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve them

Add more rainbow sprinkles as a garnish and enjoy!

Insanity Double Smash Burger



Experience burger heaven with the Insanity Double Smash Burger! Perfectly smashed beef patties, gooey American cheese, and classic condiments make this burger a griddle masterpiece.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef 80/20 blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 8 slices of pickles
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • Butter for toasting buns

Instructions:

Preheat your Blackstone griddle over high heat

Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form them into balls

Place the balls on the hot griddle and immediately press them down using a spatula to smash them into thin patties

Season with salt and pepper

Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to crisp and the patties develop a good sear

Flip the patties and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes

Add a slice of American cheese to each patty and let it melt

While the patties are cooking, spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each hamburger bun and ketchup and mustard on the top half

Remove the patties from the griddle and let them rest briefly

In the same griddle, add a bit of butter and toast the hamburger buns until golden brown

Assemble your burgers by placing lettuce leaves on the bottom bun, followed by a tomato slice, two pickles, a couple of onion slices, and then the double cheeseburger patty

Close the burger with the top bun, and your Insanity Double Smash Burger is ready to enjoy!

Perfect Vodka Sauce Pasta



Indulge in the rich flavors of this classic vodka sauce pasta. The creamy tomato sauce infused with vodka brings a unique depth of flavor to the dish, making it a perfect choice for a cozy dinner or entertaining guests.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta until it is al dente

Remove the water and set it aside

Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat

Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good

Add the vodka and let it cook for a few minutes until it gets a little thinner

Turn the heat down to a low level and add the crushed tomatoes

Stir every now and then for about 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 400g white fish fillets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

Take the fish fillets and break them up into small pieces

Add salt and pepper to taste

To make the sauce, put soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and thinly sliced chili in a small bowl and mix them together

Mix water and cornstarch in a different bowl to make a slurry

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat

Put in the fish pieces and cook them all the way through until they are golden brown

Take it out and set it aside

If you need to, add a little more oil to the same pan and stir-fry the broccoli florets until they are soft but still crisp

Put the broccoli back in the pan with the cooked fish

Add the sauce to the pan with the fish and broccoli

Add the cornstarch slurry to the pan and stir it all the time until the sauce gets thick and covers the fish and broccoli evenly

Serve hot with noodles or steamed rice

Salmon Tacos + Apple Almond Slaw Killing Thyme

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 2 apples, julienned
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper

Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork

While the salmon is cooking, prepare the slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, julienned apples, sliced almonds, and chopped cilantro

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, lime juice, ground cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder to make the dressing

Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until well coated

Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave

To assemble the tacos, flake the cooked salmon and divide it among the warm tortillas

Top each taco with a generous portion of apple almond slaw

Serve immediately and enjoy!
